2. Hosting

This website is hosted by Netlify, Inc., 101 2nd Street, San Francisco, CA 94105, USA. When you visit the website, technically necessary data (e.g. IP address, date and time, page requested, browser) is processed in server log files. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (secure and stable operation). Netlify is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

3. Contact form and email

If you contact us via the request form or by email, we process your details (e.g. name, email, phone number, information about the event) to handle your request. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR. Form requests are processed via Netlify Forms. The data is deleted as soon as it is no longer needed for handling the request and no statutory retention obligations apply.

4. Fonts (Adobe Fonts)

This website uses Adobe Fonts by Adobe Systems Software Ireland Ltd., 4–6 Riverwalk, Citywest Business Park, Dublin 24, Ireland. When you open a page, the fonts are loaded from Adobe’s servers; in the process, your IP address is transmitted to Adobe, and Adobe collects information about the fonts used for licence billing. According to Adobe, no cookies are set. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (consistent presentation of the website). As a fallback, the font “Archivo Narrow” is loaded directly from our server, without any connection to third parties.

5. YouTube videos

Videos from YouTube (Google Ireland Ltd.) are embedded in privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com) and only loaded when you click on a video. The preview images are stored on our own server. Only after the click is data (including your IP address) transmitted to YouTube. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR, § 25(1) TDDDG).

6. Google Ads conversion tracking

On the pages for corporate and private events, and only after your consent via the cookie banner, we use Google Ads conversion tracking by Google Ireland Ltd., Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. Cookies are stored (for up to 90 days) to measure whether a request came about through an ad; in addition, data such as your IP address is transmitted to Google. A transfer to the USA (to Google LLC) is possible; Google is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR, § 25(1) TDDDG). You can withdraw your consent at any time via “Cookie settings” in the footer. Your choice in the cookie banner is stored only locally in your browser (technically necessary, § 25(2) no. 2 TDDDG) and requested again after 12 months.

7. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection, as well as the right to withdraw your consent at any time and to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority.
